BEAUMONT, TX—FEBRUARY 26, 2021—According to an article published today on KJAS.com website the sale of Ford Park, located west of Beaumont, Texas could e closing as soon as next month. 

The Jefferson County Commissioners Court gave approval Tuesday to County Judge Jeff Branick to move ahead with a sales agreement with The Renaissance Group. 

The Renaissance Group is planning to build a horse racing track at the venue and it's betting on other features as well as a restaurant and a sports bar, to attract the public to the entertainment venue. 

According to the article Jefferson County and The Renaissance Group expect the title transfer and closing occur by March 3.
